The following was dictated to me by Vandero ('86 GMC Vandura) in mid-October in the wee hours of the morning (he/she couldn't sleep). Sorry about the wait. there were a lot of edits.
The Quinzy's took me to the doctor this week. He was a kindly fellow with the mouth of a sailor with tourettes. After a quick transfusion I was a given a clean bill of health. This sudden check up tipped me off to an impending trip...
My suspicions were correct. The following following Tuesday we rode off into the sunset. I tried to cover my embarrassing gasoline addiction from my new family, but after a couple tanks of gas, and only a few hundred kilometers I could hide no longer. I decided to come right out and say it. I'm a guzzler. Luckily these fellows are kind and understanding, and after a gentle pat on the hood. We were again off.
The rest of the weekend went well (at least from the perspective of a Van). Their shows were successful, and I'm way nicer than an unmentioned former Canadian Idol's van. But seriously I hope to stick around for a while now. I'll keep fighting my need for regular unleaded fuel, but I know that My newish friends the Quinzy's will stand by me 'til the end no matter what... Thanks for reading. I'll get you an update from a human (me) in the next few days.
excited about the Wednesday shows at the academy in novemberly yours
